VE-WE-GE Empowering Rural India is not just a business. It provides sustainable living to many artisans in the villages of rural India. Focus is mainly on women artisans and women entrepreneur groups. The business is based on Vedic Philosophy, where focus is not on profits but on serving the artisans in the villages. The majority of the profits are ploughed back into rural India. Aim is to provide education of girls in rural India and sustainable living for widows. Business coaching will also be provided at no charge to the artisans. These artisans do not want charitable handouts. They are skilful in producing outstanding products not available anywhere else in the world.
